There is no substitute for operational experience in understanding the impact of the operation, or failure, of the recovery system on the mill's overall operation. Our know-how comes not only from our education and design experience but also from hands-on operating experience. We find this “shirt-sleeve” experience useful in communicating with operating personnel and absolutely essential in troubleshooting.
